Anstruther is a picturesque coastal town located in Fife, Scotland, along the north shore of the Firth of Forth and approximately 9 miles (14 km) south-southeast of St Andrews. The town is made up of two distinct areas, Anstruther Easter and Anstruther Wester, which are separated by the flowing Dreel Burn. With a population of around 3,500, Anstruther is the largest settlement along the north shore of the Firth of Forth, within the charming region known as the East Neuk. To the east, it seamlessly transitions into the quaint village of Cellardyke.
In the painting and decorating industry good preparation is imperative. This can not be emphasised enough when attempting to get the best results on a project. Any tradespeople who avoid this important stage in the process are clearly in the wrong profession. Inexperienced painters and decorators can often overlook important things such as knotting or sealing walls before lining them. This means that they will never get a long lasting finish and good quality job that lots of knowledge and experience can bring.
