Chelsea is the closest thing London has to a village: red-brick mansion flats, Georgian terraces tucked behind King’s Road, garden squares with their own residents’ committees. The properties are loved by the people who own them, and the briefs are detailed.
We work for designers, owners, and family offices across SW3 and SW10. Listed-building consent, conservation officer relationships, and discreet on-site behaviour are the baseline — not the add-on.

For decorators, that means working to Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) conservation standards on most elevations, RIBA-led interior briefs from designers and architects, and the kind of pace and discretion private residential clients expect. We hold full RBKC scaffolding licences and have the heritage decoration specialism that listed-building work needs.
