The Scottish Decorators’ Federation named the work Private Domestic (Pre-1919) Project of the Year Contract Manager 2024 — recognition for decorating that respects the age and detail of a listed building.
Royal Lyceum Theatre (Cat-A listed), Edinburgh
The Royal Lyceum is a Category A-listed Victorian theatre in Edinburgh. Borthwick’s decorative work there — including the theatre’s ornate ceiling — was rated Very Highly Commended in the Highly Decorative category at the 2024 Premier Trophy Awards held in London.
